What the annual fee includes.
US$99 per location per year includes the initial Chinese introduction, up to 10 authorized photos, four editorial update requests per service year and available activity reports. The initial preparation does not use one of the four update requests.
You can pay after signing in, even before adding a location. Then open Service requests to send your business details in your own language. Ownership review remains separate.
Checkout and payment status.
When Checkout is available, confirm the amount, yearly frequency and any applicable tax on the hosted payment page. Stripe handles the payment details; do not send card information by email.
Returning to Shoujia after Checkout is not by itself proof that payment succeeded. Check the billing record. If it is still synchronizing, avoid paying again and contact support with the invoice reference.
Cancellation and refunds are different.
The subscription renews annually unless canceled before renewal. When billing management is available, use it to stop future renewal. Cancellation normally leaves the paid service period available until its end and does not automatically request a refund.
For an incorrect charge or an undelivered service, contact billing support with the account email and invoice reference. Refunds are recorded after the payment provider confirms them. See the service terms.
Use the included updates.
Submit the updated official facts in the service request area. Initial preparation and yearly updates are tracked separately. An unclear request may need more information before work can proceed. Ask about additional work before assuming it is included in the annual price.
After the paid period ends.
Optional paid editorial work is tied to the paid service period. Basic directory information, factual corrections and ownership claims remain separate and free. Reports describe page views and contact clicks, not guaranteed customers or sales.
