Location and identity.
- Official trading name and exact branch name.
- Full address, including unit or floor where relevant.
- Whether customers can walk in or need an appointment.
- Service area if the business travels to customers.
- Official website and the best contact or booking route.
Do not present a headquarters, mail address or warehouse as a walk-in store unless that is how the location actually operates.
Services and practical conditions.
Describe the services or products available at this branch. Include relevant restrictions, what customers should bring and what must be confirmed in advance. If you supply prices or opening hours, include a current official source and explain any conditions.
State service languages accurately. We can prepare Chinese text even if the business does not offer Chinese-speaking staff.
Logo and photos.
Supply your original logo and up to 10 photos you own or are authorized to provide. Choose images that explain the actual location, products or services. Identify the branch shown and avoid images from another business or stock photos presented as your premises.
Do not include private customer information or documents that are unrelated to the public profile.
Reviewing and updating the page.
Check the prepared facts carefully, particularly addresses, booking links, service limitations and prices. Confirm corrections before publication. For later changes, send the new information, supporting source and the exact part of the page to update.
The annual plan includes four editorial updates per service year in addition to initial preparation. Extra work is agreed separately.
